Error: Cannot Connect With Private Networking Due To Pricing Plan Limitations

Cannot connect with private networking due to pricing plan limitations.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you must do either of the following options:

• Upgrade your Fivetran pricing plan to a Business Critical plan. To learn more, contact your account manager or see our Pricing page.
• Utilize a connection option other than private network connectivity. For more information, see our Database Connection Options documentation.

Cause

Private network connectivity is only supported on the Business Critical plan. This error occurs when you configure a connection to use private network connectivity on the Business Critical plan and your organization is later downgraded to a different plan.
