How to Delete Datasets and Tables in BigQuery

Question

Can I delete datasets and tables in BigQuery?

Environment

BigQuery

Answer

You should have the bigquery.dataOwner role assigned to your user in order to delete any datasets and tables for your BigQuery project.

See the BigQuery permissions and predefined IAM roles documentation for more details.
