Error: The Elastic Pool Has Reached Its Storage Limit

Issue

My connector is failing with the following error:

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The elastic pool
has reached its storage limit. The storage usage for the elastic
pool cannot exceed (****) MBs

Environment

Destination: SQL Server

Resolution

Do one of the following:

  • Shrink your database to reclaim unused space.
  • Increase the elastic pool storage size.
