How can I access account-level logs?

Fivetran Platform Connector
Answer
Some logs are only synced by an account-level Fivetran Platform connection, e.g., user actions related to account or team. If you already have group-level Fivetran Platform connections in your account and you want to receive the account-level logs, you will need to switch to an account-level connection. To do that, perform the following actions:
- Go to the Connections page and filter your connections by source to display only the Fivetran Platform connections.
- Select all the Fivetran Platform connections.
- Click Pause.
- Click Pause connectors in the pop-up window.
- Set up a new account-level Fivetran Platform connection by following the instructions in the Fivetran Platform Connector Setup Guide.
you need to be a Fivetran Account Administrator to be able to create an account-level Fivetran Platform connection. Refer to the Role-Based Access Control documentation to learn more about roles in Fivetran.
