Missing USAGE_COST Data

Issue

Credit consumption data is missing from the USAGE_COST table in the destination.

Resolution

If your organization is on a Fivetran Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), this behavior is expected, and no action is required. If your organization is on any other Fivetran pricing plan, contact our support team.

Cause

When your organization is on an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), we don't track credit consumption because there are no usage-based consumption limits. When your ELA begins, we stop populating the USAGE_COST table.
