What Happens When I Exceed My Fivetran Spend Balance?

The following alert appears in Fivetran:
You've run out of spend balance. Contact your administrator to renew your Fivetran contract.
What happens when this alert appears? For example, will Fivetran stop my connection syncs?

Fivetran doesn't pause or stop your connection syncs when you reach your allocated spend balance. We continue running syncs according to your configured schedule and settings. When you exceed your spend balance, we keep tracking usage and bill you for any additional monthly active rows (MAR) consumed.
To avoid unexpected charges, regularly monitor your usage in the Billing or Usage tabs, and contact your Fivetran administrator or account representative to renew or adjust your contract as needed.
