Why am I not receiving Fivetran emails?

Notification emails sent by notifications@fivetran.com.

Answer

If you're not receiving emails from notifications@fivetran.com, follow the steps below:

• Check your Spam folders.
• Check to see if your email provider is blocking emails from notifications@fivetran.com.
• Safelist Fivetran's Sendgrid IP address (167.89.57.222).

Cause

We use a third-party service, Sendgrid, to send email notifications. It's possible that your company may have blocked this service for security reasons.
