Can I change another user's name in Fivetran?

Answer

No, it's not possible for Fivetran users, including users with an Account Administrator role, to edit another user's name. However, Fivetran users can edit their own name by doing the following:

1. Go to the User Settings page, then go to the Details tab.
2. Update the First Name and Last Name fields as needed.
3. Click Save.

As a workaround, users with an Account Administrator role can remove the applicable user from Fivetran and add them again with the correct name. See our add or remove users documentation for more information.
