Our Canvas by Instructure connector is specifically designed to sync your Canvas data using the Canvas LMS API.
NOTE: If you want to sync your data using the Canvas Data 2 API, use our Canvas Data 2 by Instructure connector.

Supported deployment models
We support the SaaS and Hybrid deployment models for the connector.
NOTE: You must have an Enterprise or Business Critical plan to use the Hybrid Deployment model.

Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the CALENDER_EVENT and COURSE tables and their child tables.
We also re-import the COURSE table and its child tables once a week to capture updates and deletes.
