To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:

To capture updates and deleted records, we also periodically re-import certain tables:

We re-import the ORDERS table once a week to capture deletes.
We re-import the SPECIFIC_MODERATION_REVIEW_OBSERVATION and SPECIFIC_MODERATION_QUESTION_OBSERVATION tables to capture updates.
We re-import the MODERATION_OBSERVATION table to capture both updates and deletes.
