Supported deployment models
We support the SaaS and Hybrid deployment models for the connector.
You must have an Enterprise or Business Critical plan to use the Hybrid Deployment model.

This schema applies to all Ordergroove connections.
Limitations
Fivetran can fetch historical data for the ITEM and ORDERS tables only up to January 1, 2023. We use the order_updated and updated columns to identify records updated for the respective tables within this date range. Since Ordergroove introduced these columns in December 2022, we cannot capture records older than January 1, 2023, and these columns may contain NULL values for records outside this date range.
