Sync overview

To capture new records, we incrementally sync the MEETING tables and its child tables.

To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the following tables and their child tables in every sync:

• You must have a valid Zoom webinar license to sync the following tables:

  • WEBINAR
  • WEBINAR_ABSENTEE

  • WEBINAR_REGISTRANT
  • WEBINAR_REPORT
  • WEBINAR_REPORT_CUSTOM_KEY

• We populate the MEETING table only for the user IDs with meeting hosting and scheduling privileges.

Limitations

• We do not support Webhook events.
• The Zoom API does not return data of more than 90 days for the WEBINAR table.
• For the MEETING table:
  • We capture unexpired meetings from the last 6 months, including:
    • Instant meetings
    • Scheduled meetings
    • Recurring meetings with fixed times
  • Due to Zoom API limitations, we capture only the most recent instance of each recurring meeting. We don't capture past or future occurrences.
