Setup guide
Follow our step-by-step Gong setup guide to connect Gong with your destination using Fivetran connectors.
Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables:
CALLMANUAL_CALLANSWERED_SCORECARDTRANSCRIPT
To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the above tables once a week. We re-import all the remaining tables every sync.
Schema information
This schema applies to all Gong connections created on or after November 2, 2023:
This schema applies to all Gong connections created before November 2, 2023:
In the schema for the connections created before November 2, 2023, the ANSWERED_SCORECARD table is called the SCORECARD_ACTIVITY table.
Limitations
By default, Gong provides 3 API calls per second and a daily limit of 10,000 API calls for your API key. Exceeding the daily limit may lead to sync failures. To increase the daily limit of your API key, contact the Gong support team.
We have removed the weekly resync for the call and transcript tables. Since the data in these tables is not deleted, and updates occur rarely, an automatic weekly resync is not required. If you notice any data integrity issues, you can manually trigger a resync directly from the connector dashboard UI.
