Gong Setup Guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Gong to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Gong to Fivetran, you need a Gong account.
Setup instructions
Find base URL
Log in to your Gong account.
In the top right corner of the page, click your account name and select your profile settings.
In the ECOSYSTEM section, click API.
Go to the API KEYS tab and make a note of the base URL for API calls. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Create API key and API key secret
In the API KEYS tab, click GET API KEY.
Make a note of the API key and API key secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
- In the Access Key field, enter the API key you found in Step 2.
- In the Access Key Secret field, enter the API key secret you found in Step 2.
- Enter the Base URL you found in Step 1.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Gong data.
