Sync overview

To capture new records and updates, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:

KObjects are custom objects. For every KObject type, we create a separate custom table KOBJECT_{klassName}.

Postfix tables

We support custom data for all postfix tables. Some of the tables are:

For each postfix, we create a table in the format {main_entity}_{postfix}.

Sync note

If you exclude child tables from the sync and later want to sync the tables, perform a full re-sync to backfill the data in the child tables.

Kustomer API usage

The default Kustomer API usage limit of a connector is 90%. You can use our REST API to configure the usage between 25% - 90%.

Kustomer's API rate limits apply based on your subscription plan.
