December 2025
You can now select and deselect the core tables to be synced on the Schema tab of the connection details page in your Fivetran dashboard.
We now support syncing a child table without syncing its parent table. To support this enhancement, we have made the following changes:
- We now automatically sync the child tables that were already selected for sync, but were previously excluded because their parent tables were not selected.
- We now allow you to select child tables without selecting their parent tables on the Schema tab of the connection details page in your Fivetran dashboard.

We have made the following schema changes:
Added a new table,
WORK_SESSION, which contains work session information for agents, including capacity status, handled item counts, availability metrics, and time-tracking statistics.We incrementally sync the
WORK_SESSIONtable and its child tables to capture new records.

We have added a new column, open_status_at, to the CONVERSATION_HISTORY table.

We have added a new column, _fivetran_deleted, to the QUEUE table to capture deletes and replace the deleted column. Also, we have removed the deleted and deleted_at columns from the QUEUE table. Be sure to update your queries.

You can now exclude the following child tables of the MESSAGE table from your syncs:

If you exclude the child tables and later want to sync the tables, perform a full re-sync to backfill the data in the child tables.

We now sync custom columns to the USER table. To identify a custom column, we add a prefix, custom_, to the column name.

We have added two new columns, brand_id and first_response_created_by, to the CONVERSATION and CONVERSATION_HISTORY tables.
We have added a new table, BRAND. We are gradually rolling out this change to all existing connections.

You can now configure the API usage limit of the Kustomer connector using our REST API. Previously, the default API usage limit was 90%. For more information, see our Kustomer API Configuration documentation.

August 2020
We have added two new columns, deleted and deleted_at, to the USER table. You can use the two columns to identify the users that have been deleted from the Kustomer account.
We have added a new column, _fivetran_deleted, to the COMPANY, NOTIFICATION, and CARD tables. The _fivetran_deleted column marks data that was deleted from the Kustomer account.
We have added two new tables, QUEUE and TEAM_QUEUE.
We have added a new column, queue_id, to the CONVERSATION table. The queue_id column stores the foreign key to the QUEUE table.
July 2020
We now support Kustomer applications that are hosted in the European Union (EU) region. When you create a new Kustomer connector, you can now designate EU as the region.

We now capture deletes for the CONVERSATION, CUSTOMER, and NOTE tables.
We have added a new table, MESSAGE_ATTACHMENT, which stores message attachment details.

We have added a lookup table, MESSAGE_SHORTCUT, with the message_id and shortcut_id fields.

We now sync satisfaction level to the CONVERSATION table. Each new satisfaction level column has the prefix satisfaction_level_ (for example, satisfaction_level_rating).
