October 2025

We have changed the sync strategy for the call and transcript tables. The weekly re-import process has been removed.

August 2025

We have made the following schema changes for connections created before August 29, 2025:

Added four new columns, call_outcome_name, call_outcome_category, call_outcome_id, and brief, to the CALL table.
Added a new column, count, to the CALL_TRACKER table.
Added five new tables, CALL_OUTLINE, CALL_OUTLINE_ITEM, CALL_HIGHLIGHT, CALL_HIGHLIGHT_ITEM, and CALL_KEY_POINT.

June 2025

Effective June 6, 2025 we use a new June 2025 schema. Review the latest ERD to better understand the schema changes.

We are updating the connector schema to enhance its usability.

You should review the changes and update your downstream queries if necessary. Failing to do so may lead to missing or incomplete data in your data pipelines.

The Gong connector now supports the Hybrid Deployment model. For more information, see our setup instructions.

September 2024

We have made the following improvements to the connector:

Added table re-sync support. Previously, we only supported connector-level re-syncs.
Event-based tables and tables with a retention period at the source don't support this feature.
You can now select and deselect tables to be synced on the Schema tab of the connection details page in your Fivetran dashboard.

October 2023

We have changed the connector type of our Gong connector from Lite to Standard. New connections created on or after November 2, 2023, use a new schema. As part of this upgrade, we have made the following schema changes:

This schema change applies to both existing and new connections.

September 2023

We have added a new field, Base URL, to the connector setup form in order to maintain data synchronization after Gong updated the base URL for its API calls. For more information, see our setup instructions.

May 2023

We have added two new tables, SCORECARD_ACTIVITY and SCORECARD_ACTIVITY_ANSWER.

We have migrated the name and value columns from the CALL_INTERACTION_STAT table to the CALL_INTERACTION table.

We have removed the CALL_INTERACTION_STAT table.

You can now configure your Gong connector using the Fivetran REST API. This feature is available only for Free, Standard, Enterprise, and Business Critical accounts.
