Sync overview

We incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables to capture new records:

AF_LINK
AFFAIRES
CL_CHANNEL
CL_LINK
CLIENT
HISTORIQUE
MEETING
TABLE_CA
WISHLIST
WISHLIST_LINE

We also re-import the remaining tables during every sync to capture updates and deletes.
