Ada Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Ada to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Ada to Fivetran, you need an Ada account.
Setup instructions
Generate API key
Log in to your Ada account
If you have a declarative bot, go to Settings > Integrations > APIs.
If you have a generative AI agent, go to Platform > APIs.
Click Get Started or New API Key.
Enter a name for the API key.
Click Generate key.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran
Find bot handle name
In the URL of your bot dashboard, find the bot handle. The handle follows the <your-bot-handle>.ada.support
format.
NOTE: The
<your-bot-handle>
part is unique to organization.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the API key you generated.
- Enter the Bot Handle Name you found.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Ada account.
