Ada Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Ada to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Ada to Fivetran, you need an Ada account.

Log in to your Ada account.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Navigate to API Integrations. In the Data Export API section, click Configure.
Click Generate a new Access Token.
Make a note of the API Access Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the URL of your bot dashboard, find the bot handle. The handle follows the <your-bot-handle>.ada.support format.

NOTE: The <your-bot-handle> part is unique to organization.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Access Token you created in Step 1.
Enter the Bot Handle Name you found in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Ada account.
