Error: Could Not Complete the Poll Job After Max Attempts of 10

Issue

The connection fails. The following error appears:

We couldn't sync primary endpoint(s). We were unable to sync data for the following tables: [<table_name>]. Error details: Could not complete the Poll Job after max attempts of 10

Environment

Connector: Assembled

Resolution

You don't need to take any action to resolve this issue. This error typically resolves automatically when Assembled generates a new job ID. We will retry the sync during the next scheduled run.

Cause

This issue occurs when the Assembled API can't update the poll job status within the allowed 10 attempts. It is an intermittent source-side issue.
