Brivo Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Brivo to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Brivo to Fivetran, you need:
- a Brivo Access account and a Brivo developer account
- Client ID and Client secret
- Brivo Access password
- Brivo Admin username
- API key
- a Brivo subscription plan with a minimum of 1,000,000 API calls per month. We recommend using at least a Tier 2 subscription, which supports up to 1,000,000 API calls per month.
NOTE: You can find the Admin username once you log in to your Brivo Access account.
TIP: If you face any difficulties in creating an application, contact Brivo support.
Setup instructions
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Brivo Admin username.
- Enter your Brivo Access Password.
- Enter your registered Client ID and Client secret.
- Enter your API key.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Brivo data.
