Setup instructions
Create Compliance Api Key
Fivetran uses a Compliance Api Key, created in claude.ai, to access and compliance data from the Compliance API. Before creating a key, the organization's primary owner must enable the Compliance API at claude.ai > Organization settings > Data and privacy.
Log in to claude.ai as the Primary Owner of your organization.
On the navigation menu, go to Organization settings > Data and privacy.
Under the Compliance access keys section, click Create key.
Enter a name for the key and select the following scopes:
read:compliance_activitiesread:compliance_user_dataread:compliance_org_data
Click Create.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
The API key appears only once. Make sure you save it before closing the dialog.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Claude Compliance API Key you created.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Claude Compliance data.
