Cloudbeds Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Cloudbeds to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Cloudbeds to Fivetran, you need a Cloudbeds account.
Setup instructions
Create client ID and client secret
- Log in to your Cloudbeds account.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the page, and then click Apps & Marketplace.
- Select the API Credentials tab.
- Click the + NEW CREDENTIALS button.
- Enter a Name for your API key.
- In the drop-down menu, select the Integration Type.
- Enter
https://fivetran.com/integrations/cloudbeds/oauth2/return
as Redirect URI. - Click SAVE.
- Make a note of Client ID and Client Secret . You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Find property ID
Find your property ID(s) in your myallocator URL and make a note of it. For example, if your URL is https://inbox.myallocator.com/en/manage/6838
, then the property ID is 6838
.
To find your property ID, contact Cloudbeds support.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Client ID and Client secret you created.
- Enter the Property ID you found.
You can enter multiple property IDs as comma-separated values. However, you cannot change the property IDs after you set up the connection.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Cloudbeds data.
