Coalesce Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect Coalesce to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Coalesce to Fivetran, you need a Coalesce account.

Setup instructions

Find Base URL

Find the Base URL that corresponds to your Coalesce deployment region.

• If your URL is https://app.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US Primary.
• If your URL is https://app.eu.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is Europe Primary.
• If your URL is https://app.australia-southeast1.gcp.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is Australia Primary.
• If your URL is https://app.us-east-1.aws.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US AWS US East.
• If your URL is https://app.us-east-1.aws.privatelink.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US AWS US East with PrivateLink.
• If your URL is https://app.us-west-2.aws.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US AWS US West.
• If your URL is https://app.us-west-2.aws.privatelink.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US AWS US West with PrivateLink.
• If your URL is https://app.northamerica-northeast1.gcp.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is Canada Primary.
• If your URL is https://app.westus2.azure.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US Azure West 2.
• If your URL is https://app.eastus2.azure.coalescesoftware.io, then your deployment region is US Azure East 2.

Find Custom Base URL

If you use SSO for Authentication, then your Base URL will vary from the ones given above.For instance, if your company name is ABCompany and your deployment region is Europe primary, then your base URL will look like abcompany.app.eu.coalescesoftware.io and your Custom Base URL will be abcompany.app.eu.coalescesoftware.io .

Find Access Token

1. Log in to your Coalesce account.
2. Navigate to Deploy tab and click on Generate Access Token.
3. Make a note of the Access Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Note: In case you are unable to find your base URL or your custom base URL or find your access token , please mail to Coalesce support team.

Finish Fivetran configuration

1. In the connector setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
2. Enter your Base URL that you found.
3. Enter your Access Token that you found.
4. (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
5. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Coalesce account.
