Data Is Missing From the PAYMENT_DISPUTE Table

Issue

Data is missing from the PAYMENT_DISPUTE table and associated child tables. The tables are included in the connector schema.

Environment

Connector: eBay

Resolution

To resolve this issue, ensure the following:

1. Applicable data exists in the source.
2. The authenticating user can access the applicable data.
3. You have provided all available scopes associated with your account in your connector setup form. For more information, see steps 4 and 5 of our eBay setup guide.

If you have made any changes, perform a historical sync to get missing historical data for the PAYMENT_DISPUTE table.

Cause

This issue occurs when:

• No applicable data exists in the source.
• The authenticating user doesn't have access to the applicable data.
• You haven't provided us with the full list of scopes associated with your account.
