Why are the SESSION and USER_EVENT tables not syncing any data?

Answer

To retrieve SESSION and USER_EVENT data, we use the application-specific user ID (uid) returned by the Fullstory API's USERS endpoint. However, we have occasionally observed that some API responses contain empty uid fields. If FullStory's API doesn't provide uid data, we can't retrieve SESSION and USER_EVENT data.
