Issue

The connection fails. The following errors appear:

• Access blocked: Authorization Error
• Error 400: admin_policy_enforced

Resolution

To resolve this issue, contact your Google Workspace administrator and request that they update your organization's security settings to allow Fivetran as a trusted third-party app. For more information, see Google's Control third-party app access documentation.

Cause

This issue occurs when your Google Workspace security settings restrict Fivetran, or all third-party apps, from accessing your data using single sign-on.
