Gorgias Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Gorgias to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Gorgias to Fivetran, you need a Gorgias account.

Log in to your Gorgias account.
On the navigation menu, click your account, and then click Your profile.
Go to YOU > REST API.
Make a note of your subdomain from the Base API URL. For example, if your Base API URL is https://fivetran.gorgias.com/, then your subdomain is fivetran.
Make a note of the Username and Password (API Key). You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Subdomain, Username, and API Key you found in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Gorgias data.
