HighLevel Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect HighLevel to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect HighLevel to Fivetran, you need a HighLevel account.

Setup instructions

Find the credentials

Log in to your HighLevel account.
Go to Marketplace Sign up for a developer account.
Go to My Apps and click on Create App.
Fill up the required details in the form, then your app will be created.
Click on the app, and it will take you to settings where you can configure the scopes, generate the keys.
Make a note of Client ID and Client Secret as you'll need it for Fivetran configuration.

Please select the sub-account(agency dashboard) while redirecting to the fivetran page.

Select subDomain

For the standard Auth URL flow, your URL is marketplace.gohighlevel.com, and your subdomain is gohighlevel. For the White-labeled Auth URL flow, your URL is marketplace.leadconnectorhq.com, and your subdomain is leadconnectorhq.

Finish Fivetran configuration

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Client Id and Client secret.
In the subdomain.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your HighLevel data.
