Helpjuice Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Helpjuice to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Helpjuice to Fivetran, you need an Helpjuice account.
Setup instructions
Find Account name
Find your Helpjuice account name in your Helpjuice URL and make a note of it. For example, if the URL is https://fivetran.helpjuice.com/api/v3
, then your account name is fivetran
.
Find API Key
Log in to your Helpjuice.
In the bottom-left corner, click on your profile, then select Settings.
In the Settings page,click on API Credentials.
Make a note of the API Key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Contact Helpjuice Support Team for the API Key if you found any difficulty.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Account name.
- Enter your Helpjuice API key.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Helpjuice data.
