Higher Logic Vanilla Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Higher Logic Vanilla to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Higher Logic Vanilla to Fivetran, you need:

a Higher Logic Vanilla account
the account's base URL (For example, if your account URL is https://yoursite.vanillaforums.com, then the base URL is yoursite.vanillaforums.com)
an access token with the roles and permissions necessary to sync your data

Contact Higher Logic Vanilla Support for your base URL and access token.

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter your Higher Logic Vanilla Base URL and Access token.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Higher Logic Vanilla data.
