July 2025
We've added a new table, WORKSPACE_STATUS_CHANGE. The table contains records of changes made to the status of a project workspace, allowing you to track project status transitions over time.
June 2025
We've added a new column, provider_lead_name, to the WORKSPACE table. The column contains the name of the team lead for the provider side of the project. This addition improves visibility into project ownership and team structure.
We've added a new table, ACCOUNT_COLOR. The table contains account-level color definitions that can be associated with projects for categorization purposes.
We have added a new column, account_color_id, to the WORKSPACE table.

We have renamed our Mavenlink connector to Kantata. This name change applies to the Fivetran dashboard and our documentation.

Kantata does not track deletes for the TIME_ENTRIES table, but Fivetran has a way to identify your deleted time entries. We re-sync the entire TIME_ENTRIES table every day, so our system can infer that any record that wasn’t updated with the re-sync must have been deleted. Each deleted record will be marked as true in the _fivetran_deleted column of this table.

Kantata returns choice ID data for custom field types single and multi. We now fetch the choice value instead of the choice ID.
Kantata's custom field value type currency contains both cents and currency code data (for example, a currency value of [12,USD] = 12 cents USD). We have split currency data into two columns, <custom_field_name>_amount_in_cents and <custom_field_name>_currency_code.
