Khoros Marketing Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect Khoros Marketing to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Khoros Marketing to Fivetran, you need a Khoros Marketing account.

To retrieve your client id, have your company admin-contact support and request a new or pre-existing client id.
Support will respond with a Client ID and a Client Secret, both of which are needed to obtain an generate an access token.
Navigate to Profile Settings by clicking on your profile image or avatar at the top right corner of the screen, then select Profile Settings.
On the navigation menu, select API Access Token.
Enter your company's Client ID and Client Secret.
Click on select Generate Access Token.
Sign in and authenticate with Khoros through the popup. The generated token will be tied to your unique login.
Make a note of the Access Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

NOTE: If you do not get Username and Password, reach out to Khoros Marketing customer support.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Access Token you found in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Khoros Marketing data.
