Klaviyo Setup Guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Klaviyo to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Klaviyo to Fivetran, your Klaviyo user account must have Owner, Admin, or Manager permissions.

In the connection setup form, enter your chosen destination schema name.
Click Authorize to authorize Fivetran to access your Klaviyo account.
(Optional) In the Historical sync time frame drop-down menu, select the amount of historical data you want to include in your initial sync.
- If you choose Sync data from selected date, enter a date in the Historical Sync Limit Date field.
(Optional) Set the Sync events linked to deleted profiles toggle to OFF if you do not want to sync events associated with deleted profiles.
Choose the Pack Mode for custom fields.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Klaviyo data.

To sync flow reports, do the following:

Click Validate API key to validate the API key.
Click + Add report if you want to sync a report.
Enter a Name for the report. It must be unique within this connection.
Select the Type of the report.
Select the Interval for the report.
Select the list of Statistics that need to be retrieved as part of the report.
Select the Conversion metric for the report.
Click Save.
