Konnect Insights Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Konnect Insights to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Konnect Insights to Fivetran, you need a Konnect Insights account with API access.

Log in to your Konnect Insights account.
Open a new tab in your browser and enter the following URL to go to the Api Details page: https://app.konnectinsights.com/apidetails
Make a note of the Account Token and User Token. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Account Token and User Token you found in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Konnect Insights data.
