Warning: Skipping Table As the Files Are Not Created in UCM

Issue

A sync is skipped. The following warning appears:

Skipping <table_name> table because we couldn't retrieve files from UCM. This is likely an intermittent issue and should resolve in subsequent syncs. If it persists, verify that the datastore is active and that the user has sufficient permissions in UCM.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Ensure you have created and assigned the necessary BICC and UCM roles correctly. See step 3 of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - CRM setup guide for more information.
2. Ensure you have configured UCM storage for BICC correctly. See step 4 of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - CRM setup guide for more information.

Cause

This issue occurs if you don't create and assign the necessary BICC and UCM roles or configure the required UCM storage correctly.
