Qualaroo Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect qualaroo to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Qualaroo to Fivetran, you need a Qualaroo account.
Setup instructions
Generate API key and API secret
Log in to your Qualaroo account.
In the top-right corner, click your account name, and then select ACCOUNT DETAILS.
In the Reporting API section, click Generate new secret.
Make a note of the API Key and API Secret. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Find survey IDs
Go to the Qualaroo dashboard and select the survey.

and then select SHOW SURVEY.Find the survey ID from your Qualaroo URL and make a note of it. You will need it to configure Fivetran. For example, if your Qualaroo URL is
https://app.qualaroo.com/showcase?survey=228072
, then your survey ID is228072
.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
Enter the API Key and API Secret you generated in Step 1.
Enter the Survey ID you found in Step 2.
NOTE: You can enter multiple survey IDs as comma-separated values.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Qualaroo data.
