RingCentral Setup Guide

Follow our setup guide to connect RingCentral to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect RingCentral to Fivetran, you need a RingCentral account with Super Admin permissions.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Click Authorize. You will be redirected to RingCentral's login page to authorize Fivetran's access.
IMPORTANT: We recommend logging in while in Incognito mode to ensure authorization of the correct account.
Log in to your RingCentral account and follow the instructions to authorize Fivetran's access. Once you have finished, you will be redirected back to Fivetran.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your RingCentral account.
