Issue
The following error appears in my Sage Intacct dashboard during a sync:

Resolution
To resolve this issue, reschedule your sync to avoid Sage Intacct's maintenance window, which occurs every Saturday between 02:30 UTC and 06:30 UTC.
Cause
This error occurs because Sage Intacct Planning performs scheduled maintenance every Saturday between 02:30 UTC and 06:30 UTC, during which the service is unavailable. For more information, see the Sage Intacct status page.
