Why am I receiving the following error while setting up the Salesforce connector:

Authentication Failed. Unable to request access information!

Resolution

Use our Salesforce Sandbox connector instead of the Salesforce connector. For more information, see our Salesforce setup guide.

Cause

Fivetran connects to Salesforce through the login.salesforce.com domain. If you want to use a custom domain, you must use our Salesforce Sandbox connector.
