The Shopify CUSTOMER
Table Is Not Created in the Destination
If your Shopify sync has been running for a while but you don’t see the CUSTOMER
table in your destination, it may be a matter of timing.
Why is the CUSTOMER
table missing?
We make the API call to the CUSTOMER
endpoint only after we have finished syncing data from all other endpoints. As a result, the CUSTOMER
table is created and populated at the end of the sync process.
No action required
You don't need to take any action as long as the sync is still running. Once the sync completes, the CUSTOMER
table will appear in your destination automatically.
