Standard Metrics Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Standard Metrics to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Standard Metrics to Fivetran, you need a Standard Metrics account with API access.

Log in to your Standard Metrics account.
On the navigation menu, click Settings and select the Developer Settings tab.
In the OAuth applications section, click Add application.
Enter Application name and Description.
Select Client Credentials from the Authentication Method drop-down.
Click Add application.
Make a note of the Client ID and Client secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connection setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret that you created in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Standard Metrics data.
