CARD_PAYMENT_FEES_TRANSACTION_LEVEL_1 Table Cannot Be Enabled in the Schema Tab

Issue

The CARD_PAYMENT_FEES_TRANSACTION_LEVEL_1 table is not selectable in the Schema tab.

Environment

• Connector: Stripe

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. In Stripe, confirm whether your API key is a restricted API key (RAK) by navigating to Developers > API keys.
2. If you use a restricted API key, edit its permissions to allow access to the Reporting (Report Runs and Report Types) resources. For more information, see Set up a Restricted API key.
3. In Fivetran, go to your Stripe connection page and select the Schema tab.
4. Select the checkbox next to the CARD_PAYMENT_FEES_TRANSACTION_LEVEL_1 table and click Save changes.

When you save the changes, we run a historical sync for the CARD_PAYMENT_FEES_TRANSACTION_LEVEL_1 table.

Cause

This issue occurs when your Stripe restricted API key does not have the permissions required for reporting resources.
