Can I configure my connection to sync data from certain Teads accounts?

Answer

The Teads API returns data from all accounts associated with your API key. To control which accounts your connection syncs, you must generate a new API key that grants access only to the specific accounts you want to include.

To sync data from only specific Teads accounts:

1. In Teads, generate a new API key that grants access only to the accounts you want to sync. For more information, see our documentation on generating a Teads API key.

2. In Fivetran, replace your existing Teads API key.

   i. Go to your Teads connection page.

   ii. Select the Setup tab.

   iii. Click Edit connection.

   iii. Update the API key field.

   iv. Click Save & Test.

3. Wait for the next sync, or run a manual sync by clicking Sync in the top right.
