Some Columns in the PROFILE_METRIC Table Show Values of 0

Issue

Some PROFILE_METRIC columns, such as daily_new_followers and daily_lost_followers, show 0 values despite showing relevant data in the TikTok dashboard.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, contact TikTok support to convert your account to a business account.

Cause

These metrics are only available for TikTok business accounts. This issue occurs when the TikTok API returns is_business_account=false for your account.
