Delayed Sync Times

Issue

Syncs take longer than expected to complete.

Environment

Connector: Toggl Track

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Confirm your Toggl Track organization's subscription plan.
2. In Fivetran, go to your Toggl Track connection page.
3. Select the Setup tab.
4. Click Edit connection.
5. In the Rate limit plan drop-down menu, select your Toggl Track subscription plan.
6. Click Save & Test.

Cause

Toggl Track enforces API limits based on your organization's subscription plan. In Fivetran, the Rate limit plan setting controls how many API requests we make per hour to stay within those limits.

This issue occurs when the Rate limit plan you set is lower than your actual subscription plan. When this happens, we send fewer API requests per hour than your quota allows, resulting in slower sync times.
