Tracksuit Setup Guide Partner-Built Beta

Follow our setup guide to connect Tracksuit to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect your Tracksuit to Fivetran, you need:

• A Tracksuit account with API access for the accounts you want to sync.

Setup instructions

To authorize Fivetran to connect to your Tracksuit app, follow these instructions:

Generate JWT

1. Log in to your Tracksuit dashboard.
2. Click the settings cog, then select Account settings.
3. Select Tokens.
4. Click Generate new token.
5. Name your token and click Generate token.
6. Make a note of the token, you will need it to configure Fivetran.

Finish Fivetran configuration

1. In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. Enter the JWT created in the Generate JWT step.
3. Enter the Account IDs to sync, or leave it blank to sync all.
4. Click Save & Test.

Setup tests

Fivetran performs the following Tracksuit connection tests:

• Validate the JWT provided can query the Tracksuit API.
