Trustpilot Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Trustpilot to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Trustpilot to Fivetran, you need a Trustpilot business account.
Setup instructions
Get Credentials
First sign up for API access by clicking here.
When configuring the TrustPilot connect you will have to generate an API Key and API Secret. To obtain them, go to Trustpilot Business > Integrations > Developers.

On the API page, Create a new application inserting the name of the application and the domains that you would like to use for redirecting URIs, separating them into new lines.
Add this Redirect URI while registering for API key
https://fivetran.com/integrations/trustpilot/oauth2/returnClick on the Create Application option.

Once you are done, scroll down and find your newly created application.

Click on the arrow and copy the API Secret and the API Key to use in the authorization process.

Make a note of API Key and API Secret. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
OAuth authentication is not supported for business users with enabled 2nd factor authentication, so disable the 2nd factor authentication.
If you do not see any API settings available, reach out to Trustpilot support to request API access.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the API Key, API Secret, Business Domain Name you found in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Trustpilot account.
