Trustpilot Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect Trustpilot to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Trustpilot to Fivetran, you need:

• a Trustpilot Business account with API access and two-factor authentication (2FA) disabled

• the domain whose data you want to sync

• a Trustpilot application with an API key and API secret

  • You must use https://fivetran.com/integrations/trustpilot/oauth2/return as the Redirect URI for your application.
  • Contact the Trustpilot support team for your API credentials and domain.

Setup instructions

1. In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. Enter the API key and API secret of your Trustpilot application.
3. Enter the Domain whose data you want to sync.

4. (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.

5. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Trustpilot data.
