Unicommerce Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Unicommerce to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Unicommerce to Fivetran, you need a Uniware account.
Setup instructions
Provide access to Fivetran user
- Log in to your Uniware account.
- On the navigation menu, click the settings icon, and select Users.
- Select the user account that you want Fivetran to use to access your Unicommerce data.
- In the top right corner of the page, click the edit button, and then go to the Role Allocation section.
- In the Role drop-down menu, select Admin.
- In the Facility drop-down menu, select the facilities whose data you want to sync.
Find tenant
Find your account's tenant in your Uniware URL and make a note of it. For example, if your Uniware URL is https://fivetran.unicommerce.com/orders?pageNumber=1&pageSize=20&orderStatus=CREATED, then your tenant is fivetran.
Find facility code
- On the navigation menu, click the settings icon, and select Facilities.
- Search for your facility.
- Make a note of the facility code that appears in italics before the facility name. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
If you want to sync the data from multiple facilities, repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each facility.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Username and Password of the Uniware user account you configured in Step 1.
- Enter the Tenant you found in Step 2.
- Enter the Facility code you found in Step 3.
You can enter multiple facility codes in this field. However, you cannot change the facility codes after you set up the connection.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Unicommerce data.
