VTS Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect VTS to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect VTS to Fivetran, you need:
- A VTS account
- API access
To get your API key and secret, contact VTS support team and your account administrator. Be sure to include the account name, account ID, and the permissions you want to add in the email.
Setup instructions
Find environment
Log in to your VTS account.
Find the environment in which your VTS account is hosted in your VTS URL and make a note of it. For example:
- If your VTS URL is
api.vts.com, then your account is hosted inProduction. - If your VTS URL is
sandbox.vts.com, then your account is hosted inSandbox.
- If your VTS URL is
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Select the Environment you found in Step 1.
- Enter your VTS API key and Secret.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your VTS data.
